A Boy Sharing a Secret With His Dragon Friend in the Garden

A smiling boy with tousled hair, a hooded top, long pants and tall boots leans toward a gentle dragon and whispers, one hand cupped beside his mouth. The dragon sits calmly with a curved tail, small wings, horns, spikes along its neck and a ridged belly, glancing sideways with a content smile. A cozy cottage stands behind them with a chimney, a shingled roof, an arched wooden door and windows, one with a flower box. Bushes, a wooden fence, grass tufts and daisy-like flowers fill the garden. Small hands will do well with the big dragon shapes and large flower petals, and older kids can take on the roof tiles and wing panels. Lavender or minty green wings and a warm red door would look lovely. Print or download it free for a screen-free activity at home. Looking for more?
