A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the skin: fill the face, hands, neck and ears with peach skin, leaving the eye whites and the teeth white.
- 2Color the hoodie and sleeves bright blue, adding a bit of navy blue in the folds and under the arms. Keep the t-shirt area white.
- 3Fill the hair with chestnut brown and caramel brown, then use the goggle lenses in sky blue and pale blue, leaving small white shine spots.
- 4Paint the toy airplane: bright red for the body and tail, bright blue for the wings and rudder, and sunny yellow for the propeller blades.
- 5Add the background: sky blue for the window sky, grass green for the window grass, and keep the cloud white. Color the lamp shade pale yellow and the lamp body bright blue, and fill the storage box and shelves with grass green and chestnut brown.
- 6Finish the small details: mustard yellow for the toolbox gears, silver gray for the wrenches and gears, and charcoal gray for the goggle frames. Optional: add a little darker shading under the hoodie and wings for depth.
