Rounded USA Letters With a Column of Stars

Big rounded letters spell out USA, with the U on the left, a curvy S in the middle, and an A on the right. The U is filled with a column of small stars running down its left arm and curving around the bottom. The S and the A are packed with horizontal stripes, and the S swoops like a waving flag.
