Bubble Letter V With Polka Dot Circles

Bubble Letter V With Polka Dot Circles coloring page

Coloring guide

A big capital letter V is drawn in a thick, rounded outline with a soft heart-like shape at the top and a narrow point at the bottom. Inside the letter are about a dozen circles of different sizes scattered across both arms, like polka dots. Some circles sit fully inside the letter, while a few overlap the outer edge and get cut off by the border. The inside of the V is blank, so there is plenty of room for color. Kids could color each circle a different shade and leave the background of the letter one solid color, so the dots really stand out. It also works well for letter recognition, since children can trace the V with a finger, count the circles, and think of words that start with V. This page is free to print and fits nicely into an alphabet unit.
