Bubbles Jumping for Joy in The Angry Birds Movie
Coloring guide
Bubbles bounces across the page with both wings up, a wide happy grin, and his feet kicked out as if he's mid-jump. His round, fluffy body, very long pointed beak and big circular eyes with little lashes on top make him easy to recognize. A tall, bold black feather sweeps up from his head, and a small feathered tuft sits at his tail. The Angry Birds Movie logo is printed at the top. No background is included, so the focus stays on him. Bright orange could work for his body, pale yellow for the beak, and the tall plume looks best left dark. A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.
- golden yellow
- pale yellow
- tangerine orange
- deep red
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big round body, head, both wings, cheeks and the tuft on top of the head, filling them with golden yellow and leaving the eye whites white.
- 2Fill the lower belly with pale yellow so it stands out softly against the golden yellow body.
- 3Color the long beak and both feet with tangerine orange, keeping the thin outline and the toes clearly separated.
- 4Fill the open mouth with deep red, leaving the teeth white so they pop out against the dark inside.
- 5Keep the eye whites, the logo area and the empty background white, then finish with the tail feather details left as they are in the line art.
