Bulkhead's Giant Round Fist, Transformers Animated Style
Coloring guide
This blocky Bulkhead page comes from the Transformers Animated look. He plants his feet wide and swings one enormous arm across his body, ending in a huge round fist with chunky concentric rings aimed straight at you. A small head peeks over the top of his arms, framed by two big curved armor slabs. Hunt for the star-shaped burst on his shoulder, the ribbed vent panel on his chest and those heavy boxy feet. No background, so the armor is the star. Green for the body and silver or gray for the rings and fist makes a strong contrast. Print it at home for a screen-free activity. A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.
- tomato red
- royal blue
- golden yellow
- light gray
- medium gray
- dusty purple
- black
- ochre brown
- charcoal gray
- steel blue
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big red areas: fill the chest, shoulders, upper arms, waist and the left side of the body with tomato red, leaving the top helmet dome area white.
- 2Color the large blue parts next: the thighs, lower legs, feet and the back arm panel in royal blue, plus the right hip and right shin.
- 3Fill the golden yellow shapes: the round fist ring, the fin stripes at the top, the chest plate, the belt pieces, the knee and the shoulder spike.
- 4Add the medium and light gray details: the vent grille and side panel in gray, and the foot soles in light gray for a metal look.
- 5Use steel blue and dusty purple for the fist fingers and wrist, then add black for the thick stripes on the fins and belt.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker shading along the edges of the blue and red areas to make the robot look more solid.
