Transformers Autobot Car Flipping Into a Robot

Here's a sporty car caught in the middle of a big transformation. Down at the bottom you'll find the sleek sports car, with a long hood, round wheels and an Autobot symbol on the front. Higher up, the same vehicle flips into the air as it changes. The doors swing open like wings, one wheel sticks out front, and the robot's angular face peeks out from the top. There's another Autobot emblem on the chest, plus curved motion lines and a small arrow to show the car twisting upward. Smooth car curves meet sharp, blocky robot parts, which vehicle fans tend to love. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big areas: color the robot's body, wings, hood and the car's body panels with tomato red, leaving the white stripes on the car hood and roof untouched.
- 2Fill the robot's arms, legs, hips and knees with royal blue, and color the robot's hands and neck with silver gray.
- 3Color the car's windows and the robot's head window with sky blue, then add the car's roof top in orange.
- 4Use charcoal black on the car tires and dark gray on the robot's wheels, and add a small golden yellow panel on the robot's leg.
- 5Keep the headlights, the robot's eyes and the small highlight spots white so they stand out against the colors.
- 6Optional: add light shading with slate gray along the lower edges of the red panels to give the shapes a little depth.
