A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big yellow parts: fill the bulldozer blade, cab frame, and blade teeth with lemon yellow, leaving the logo and car highlights white.
- 2Color the inside face of the blade and the big boulder at the bottom right with golden yellow to add warmth.
- 3Fill the dirt pile inside the blade and the lower rubble with earth brown, then use steel gray for the loose chunks and small stones scattered across it.
- 4Color the rescue car body and the cab window with sky blue, and use light sky blue for the small window reflections on the cab.
- 5Add charcoal black to the tracks, the car bumper and grille, and the tread edges, then use fire red for the car's front panels and peach orange for the small side pieces.
- 6Optional: Add a few darker dark slate gray strokes on the rubble edges and tracks to give the drawing more depth.
