Camper Van and Dog Playtime in Lego City
Coloring guide
At the top of the page, a boxy Lego van is hitched to a camper trailer. The van's license plate reads ER60117, which is a nice little detail for kids who like tiny print. The trailer has a side window and a picture of trees on its door. Underneath, two minifigures are playing with a dog. The one on the left has long hair and holds a stick, with a little grill or camp tray on the ground beside her. The one on the right has short hair and a plaid-style vest, and holds a bone up to the standing German shepherd-style dog. Lots of blocky details fill this free printable PDF, including studs on the van roof and chunky tires. Red or blue could suit the van, cream or green the camper, and warm brown the dog so it doesn't blend into the vehicles above. Fans of Lego City coloring pages often like Hot Wheels and Helicopter as well.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big blue areas: fill the van's body and lower front panels with bright blue, and paint the van's windows and the camper's cab glass with sky blue.
- 2Color the middle of the van's side and the camper's door panels with pale blue, and add slate gray to the camper's lower sides and bumpers.
- 3Use charcoal gray for the grille, tires, and wheel arches, and medium gray for the hubcaps, keeping the roof, camper top, and dog white.
- 4Add bright red to the woman's sleeve, bright blue to her pants, and tan to the man's pants and shoes, then give the man's shirt a slate gray check tone.
- 5Color the wooden crate chocolate brown and the dog bed cream, and make the yellow turn signal and man's face golden yellow.
- 6Optional: add a few light gray shadow lines under the camper and van for a little depth, and leave small white highlights on the windows and bone.
