Caped Math Hero Girl and Giant X: Disney Alphabet Coloring
Coloring guide
This Disney alphabet page for the letter X puts a young caped heroine front and center. She has big round eyes and short hair, and she floats in mid-air with both fists clenched, wearing boots, a belt and knee pads. Little circled symbols that look like plus, minus and multiplication signs are scattered on her chest, her knees, and the segmented, curling tail rising from the top of her head. A large outlined block letter X stands beside her, waiting for color. The words Alphabet and the Disney logo run across the top in outline. It's a free printable for kids working on letters, and early math fans get symbols to hunt for. A bright purple cape works well, and giving each symbol its own color makes them pop. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the giant letter X and the superhero top, sleeve, swimsuit bottom, and knee badge in bright blue, keeping the thin black outlines visible.
- 2Fill the cape, its edge, the hip band, the hip badge, and the red bead on the ponytail with poppy red.
- 3Color the face, neck, and thigh with peach skin, leaving the eye whites and teeth white.
- 4Use lemon yellow for the hair, the ponytail loops and tip, and the big ALPHABET letters, keeping the letter counters and the Disney swirl white.
- 5Add the dark charcoal collar at the top of the cape and leave the boots and gloves white to finish the look.
- 6Optional: add light diagonal strokes in a slightly darker shade of each color to give the cape and letter X a little texture.
