Cheeky SuperZings Hero Wearing a Bottle Opener Helmet
Coloring guide
This cheeky little hero has an oversized bottle opener for a helmet and a wide, confident stance. His heavy-lidded eyes and half-smirk look playful, and his tongue sticks out. Both hands are held out in front, and a small cape hangs down his back. A belt with a triangle-shaped buckle and side clips circles his waist. Four crinkly-edged bottle caps lie on the ground around him, and he is standing on two of them. Nothing else is in the background, so kids can add their own scene. Metallic grays and silvers suit the big helmet, with red or green for the cape and belt. Save it as a free PDF for a classroom project or a weekend craft. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big helmet, its side, and the mask band in bright red, leaving the eye areas for later.
- 2Color the body, belt area, and cape: use bright blue for the torso and the lower body, and bright red for the cape tail.
- 3Fill the helmet's front panel, the nose plate, both hands, and the belt buckle in golden yellow, then add cuffs on the ankles in golden yellow too.
- 4Color the boots in royal blue and the chin area under the mask in peach, then add the tongue in coral pink.
- 5Paint the rocks under the feet in grass green, and add light brown and dark brown on their jagged edges and bottoms.
- 6Optional: Keep the eye whites and small eye shine bright white, and add a few darker strokes on the shaded edges of the helmet and rocks for depth.
