Chuck and Matilda Together, Angry Birds Coloring Page
Coloring guide
Two Angry Birds stand together on an oval base. Chuck is in front, the triangle-shaped one, with a scowl, thick slanted eyebrows, a small pointed beak and a spiky crest on top. Two feathers stick out behind him on the left. Matilda is just behind him, rounder and egg-shaped, with a big open beak, wide eyes and a tuft of three feathers on her head. Both look tense and a little grumpy. Nothing else is in the background, so kids can focus on the pair. Bright yellow for Chuck and soft white or pale gray with an orange beak for Matilda would be a good start. Save it as a free PDF for your growing collection. A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.
- bright red
- warm brown
- golden yellow
- orange
- pale cream
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the wooden platform underneath both birds by coloring it warm brown, leaving the thin black outline untouched.
- 2Fill the whole body of the red bird with bright red, then color its beak orange and its belly pale cream.
- 3Color the big yellow bird's head, back, cheeks and chin with golden yellow, and color its large upper and lower beak orange.
- 4Use pale cream for the lower belly of the yellow bird, then add bright red to the red bird's lower right cheek and right side of the face.
- 5Leave the eye whites of both birds white, along with the small shine spots, so the eyes look bright and lively.
- 6Optional: Add a few light diagonal strokes in a slightly darker shade of each color to give the birds a gentle, textured look.
