Mortar Seen From Above Looking Into Barrel

Mortar Seen From Above Looking Into Barrel printable coloring page

Coloring guide

A chunky mortar is drawn from above at a slight angle, so you can look straight down into its wide round barrel. The opening has a thick double rim around it, and the barrel tapers a little toward the bottom. At the base, blocky metal brackets stick out on the left and front, with a long curved slab along the lower left. On the right sits a rounded plate with a big oval ring in the middle, a small square block on top, and a narrow post rising behind it. There is no background, so the lines are easy to follow. Try coloring the barrel in dark gray and the rim in a lighter metal shade, then ask your child to pick a different color for each bracket. This free printable works well for kids who like bold shapes and plenty of space to fill in.
