Cozy Cottage Made From a Giant Strawberry

Here a giant strawberry has become a snug little cottage, with a round wooden door, a stone arch and three arched windows with flower boxes. Leafy green sepals and a curly stem make up the roof, and a brick chimney peeks out behind them. A winding stepping stone path leads to the door, where a heart-decorated watering can and a flower-filled wooden bucket sit beside it. All around are a picket fence, big daisy-like blooms, small strawberry plants, a ladybug, a snail and a butterfly. A leafy tree, fluffy clouds and distant pine trees fill the background. The tiny seeds on the berry suit fine-tipped pencils, and the large leaves and stones are easier for younger kids. Red for the house, with soft pink and yellow for the window flowers, looks lovely. It's a free printable for a quiet afternoon. Fans of Strawberry coloring pages often like For Girls and For Kids as well.
