Crystal Cave Adventure: Boy and Black Panther Cub
Coloring guide
With a round decorated shield on his arm, a smiling boy with tousled hair walks through a cave, and a little panther cub trots beside him with its tail curled up. He wears a short tunic with zigzag trim, a belt with a small pouch and lace-up boots. Big angular crystals fill both sides of the page, and three bats hang upside down from the rocky ceiling. The star pattern on the shield and the triangle borders on the tunic give kids small spaces to fill, and the large crystals are easy for younger children. Deep purples and icy blues look good on the crystals, with a glossy black or dark gray cub to stand out. No sign-up is needed to print this free page. Love this Black Panther coloring page? A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the boy's skin in peach skin: face, hands, arms, legs and ears, leaving the eye whites and the bright smile teeth white.
- 2Fill the boy's hair and the panther cub's head and body with golden yellow, and color the cub's tail in honey yellow.
- 3Color the tunic, sleeves and skirt in cream, and fill the boy's boots and shoes with chocolate brown.
- 4Color the round shield in royal blue, with the center boss and rim in golden yellow.
- 5Add the crystals in sky blue and light blue, using ice blue on the lighter tips, and the rocky cave walls and ground in taupe brown.
- 6Optional: Leave the cave ceiling icicles and background white, and add a touch of warm gray to the small crystal bases for depth.
