Baby Bunny Admiring a Basket of Easter Eggs

A small bunny with big upright ears sits beside a woven basket and looks down at it with wide eyes and an open, smiling mouth. Its paws are held together in front of its chest, and a fluffy tail curls out behind it. The basket is full of Easter eggs, and a large bow is tied to the handle at the top. One egg has swirl patterns, another has dots and curved stripes, and a third has more spirals. The basket sits on a small patch of grass or straw. The bold outlines and roomy shapes work well for younger kids with chunky crayons. Try coloring each egg in a different pattern of colors, then use soft pastels for the bunny and a bright shade for the bow. This free page also makes a nice prompt for talking about spirals, dots, and stripes.
