Grinning Bunny Behind a Pile of Easter Eggs

A cheerful bunny peeks out from behind a pile of decorated Easter eggs, grinning with two big front teeth. One long ear stands straight up while the other flops over at the tip, and a little tuft of fur sticks up between them. The bunny's wide eyes glance off to the side, and its paws rest on top of the eggs in front. There are six eggs in all, each with its own pattern: wavy lines, stripes, rings and dots, and zigzag bands. The bold outlines and roomy sections make this a good fit for younger kids using crayons or markers. Try giving every egg a different color scheme, then use the patterns for a quick lesson, asking kids to point out which eggs have stripes, dots, or waves. This printable page works well for Easter week at home or in class.
