Coloring guide

A young fawn stands in profile with its head turned toward the right and a soft smile on its face. It has two large pointed ears, one big eye with long eyelashes, and a small dark nose. Its neck curves gently down into a slim body with four long, thin legs ending in tiny hooves. A short tail flicks up at the back. Across the top of the back is a patch of spots in different oval sizes, with a ragged, furry edge along the bottom of the patch. The lines are bold and clean, so it works well for small hands using crayons or chunky markers. Try coloring the fawn in warm browns and leaving the spots cream or white so they stand out. It also makes a nice printable for a short talk about how baby deer use their spots to hide in the woods.
