Cute Chibi Pegasus Pony with Big Round Eyes

A small baby pony stands in profile and looks back over its shoulder with a happy open-mouthed smile. The eyes are very large and round with curled lashes, and a swept, pointed bang falls across the forehead. A tuft of shaggy mane sticks out behind the ear, and the tail curls out at the back in a few sharp strands. One little folded wing rests against the side, with a fluffy chest tuft just below the neck. The thick, bold outlines make this an easy page for younger kids and for anyone still learning to stay inside the lines. Try coloring the mane and tail in several stripes, one color per section, then talk about the order of colors in a rainbow. The big eyes are a good spot to practice shading with two or three shades of one color. This free printable works well for a quiet afternoon.
