Cute Frankenstein Monster With Bolts and Patches

A smiling little Frankenstein style monster stands facing forward with a wide, flat-topped head and zigzag hair across the forehead. Two bolts stick out from the sides of his head, and he has big round eyes with shiny white highlights and a small curved smile. His wide shirt has a pointed V notch at the center and two stitched patches, one on each side.
