Big-Eyed Owl on a Branch, Color by Number (Adult)

This wide-eyed owl sits in the center of a leafy branch, holding on with two little feet while its tail feathers hang below. Spoke-like lines around the pupils of its big round eyes give it a friendly, curious look. The belly is covered in scalloped feathers, the wings fold at its sides, and fluffy tufts rise from its ears. A large round moon or sun shape sits behind the owl, with horizontal lines across the background and small clouds on either side. Leaves sprout from the branch at the bottom corners. Big open areas mixed with smaller feather details make it a good match for kids who like to take their time. Soft browns and tans for the feathers, golden yellow around the eyes and a pale glow for the circle would suit it. Print the free PDF at home for a quick coloring break.
