Panda with Bamboo and the Great Wall: China Countries Printable
Coloring guide
A round-faced baby panda sits on the grass, hugging a leafy bamboo stalk and nibbling its end with a happy little smile. Right behind its shoulder, a flagpole flies the Chinese flag with one large star and four smaller ones. Beyond the bushes and grassy tufts, the Great Wall winds up the rolling hills, with stone watchtowers, battlements and a long staircase-like walkway heading toward the far peaks. The panda's big round ears and paw pads are simple to color, and the hills leave plenty of room for scenery. Bright green works for the bamboo leaves and bushes, and red and yellow will make the flag stand out. Grab this free printable for classroom time or a rainy day. - 3Fill the Great Wall towers and walls with sandy tan, and color the wall steps medium gray.
- 4Color the flag bright red and its stars lemon yellow, then paint the flagpole golden yellow.
- 5Color the bamboo stalks and leaves lime green, and add pale peach to the panda's ear insides and foot pads.
- 6Optional: add a little darker shading on the panda's head and the bushes to give the drawing more depth.
