Greek Parthenon Hilltop Scene for Countries Coloring
Coloring guide
Up on a rocky hill stands a columned Greek temple, with a tall flagpole beside it holding the blue-and-white Greek flag and its cross in the corner. The fluted columns, stepped base and crumbling roofline leave lots of texture to color. An olive tree with a twisty trunk takes up the foreground, covered in leaves and round olives. To the right, a little sailboat sits on the sea in front of a faraway hill, and two puffy clouds drift overhead. You'll also spot grassy tufts and small bushes tucked between the boulders. Bright blue for the flag, green and purple olives, and a warm sandy cream for the temple would all look great. It's free to download and print whenever you need an afternoon activity. Kids who like Countries coloring pages usually enjoy Math Pixel Art and Calendar too.

- 2Fill the temple roof, columns and steps with pale sand and cream yellow, keeping the column tops and light highlights white.
- 3Color the rocks and hillside with light stone gray, then add the distant hill in muted teal and the small cloud in sky blue.
- 4Paint the olive tree trunk in tree brown, the leaves in sage gray, and the olives in olive yellow, leaving the leaf highlights white.
- 5Add grass green to the bushes, grass tufts and lower grass at the bottom left and bottom of the page.
- 6Optional: add a touch of tan along the shady sides of the temple columns for a bit of depth.
