A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Fill the hills, snowbanks and ice patches with pale ice blue, leaving the sky and the small snowflakes white.
- 2Color the penguin's head, body top, both flippers and the leg with charcoal gray, keeping the white face and belly white.
- 3Paint the scarf stripes by alternating sky blue and cherry red, then color the fringe ends to match.
- 4Color the beak and both skate boots golden yellow, the open mouth coral pink, and the skate blades silver gray.
- 5Fill the centers of the two large snowflakes with sky blue, and leave the eye whites and small shine spots white.
- 6Optional: add light shading with a darker shade of the same color on the flippers and scarf for a little depth.
