Flower Crown and Braid Portrait, My Little Pony Page
Coloring guide
This sweet head-and-neck portrait shows a smiling young pony with big sparkly eyes and long lashes, looking straight out of the page. A ring of blossoms sits across the top of her head between her pointed ears. A long side braid trails down on the left, decorated with three more small flowers and tied with a little band at the bottom. A wavy swoop of mane curls over her forehead. With no background at all, the page stays clean and simple for young children. The large flowers and smooth outlines work well with crayons or markers for preschoolers and early elementary kids. Soft pink and lavender petals with yellow centers look pretty, and a bright mane color will make the braid stand out. No sign-up is needed to print or download it. Looking for more? - peach orange
- golden yellow
- lavender purple
- coral pink
- leaf green
- mint green
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the face and muzzle in peach orange, leaving the eye whites, the nose shine and the small highlights white.
- 2Fill the long braid, the hair strands, bangs and top crown in golden yellow, following the flowing shapes.
- 3Color the inner parts of both ears in coral pink and the eye irises in mint green and leaf green, keeping the bright eye highlights white.
- 4Paint the flower petals in lavender purple, leaving the flower centers golden yellow, then add the leaves of the flower crown in leaf green.
- 5Optional: Add a little shading with a slightly darker peach orange along the cheek and a touch of deeper yellow under the braid for depth.
