Bookworm Spider Reading on a Spotted Mushroom

Perched on top of a big spotted mushroom, a fuzzy little spider in round glasses is happily reading an open book. A daisy-style flower is drawn on one page, and the spider holds the book up with its two front legs. The other legs drape over the mushroom cap, and it has a wide smile and a tuft of hair on its head. Under the cap you'll find gill lines and a wavy collar on the stem. Grass blades and three flowers of different sizes grow around the base. The large dots on the cap and the flower petals are easy for small hands to fill in. It's a nice pick for story time, library visits or a quiet afternoon. Soft purples for the spider and a red cap with cream dots would make the reader stand out. Love this Spider coloring page?
