Guitar-Playing Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle by the Pizza Truck

This smiling young turtle has a spiky tuft of hair and sits on an upside-down bucket, strumming an acoustic guitar while three music notes drift over its head. Hearts and hexagons decorate the shell, and the feet have little swirl marks. A pizza food truck is parked on the grass behind, complete with a striped awning and a pizza slice on the serving window. A few grass tufts and pebbles dot the ground. The outlines are bold and clear, which works nicely for preschoolers and early elementary kids. You could do the shell in bright greens with pink or red hearts, then use warm orange and yellow on the guitar and awning so the truck stands out. Good for a music lesson or a quiet afternoon.
