Diego and a Sloth Hanging From a Branch

A boy with spiky hair and a sloth are both clinging to a long curved branch. The boy leans in toward us with a wide smile, wearing a backpack, a short-sleeved shirt, cargo pants with a side pocket, a wristwatch and sturdy hiking shoes with patterned soles. Next to him, the shaggy sloth grips the branch with its long claws and looks back over its shoulder with a happy open mouth. Its face has big rounded eye patches and a tuft of messy fur on top of its head. A few small leaves and sprouts poke up around the branch. This free printable has nice big areas for crayons, so try browns and tans for the sloth's fur and a bright color for the backpack. You could also talk about how sloths hang from trees.
