Doe Walking Right With Lowered Head

Doe Walking Right With Lowered Head coloring page

Coloring guide

A single deer walks to the right in side profile, drawn in clean black outlines on a plain white background. Its head is lowered slightly, with one large ear tipped back, a small round eye, and the mouth just parted. The slim legs are mid-stride, with the back leg stretched far behind and the hooves clearly split. A short tail with a pointed tip hangs at the rear. There are a few light lines for the neck, shoulder, and belly, and no antlers, so it reads as a doe. The big open body areas are easy for small hands to fill in. Try soft browns and tans, then leave the belly and tail lighter. This page also works well for a quick lesson on how deer legs bend when they walk.
