Two mermaids sit side by side, each leaning on one arm with her long hair flowing out behind her. The mermaid on the left faces forward with a big open smile and wide eyes. The one on the right turns her head in profile and has a small bow or ribbon tucked into her hair. Both wear seashell tops with ridged lines and have long curving tails that end in wide fins with several stripes. Their hair has plenty of big open sections, which makes it easy for little hands to fill in. Try giving each mermaid a different tail color, then use a lighter shade of that color for the fin stripes. The large shapes are good for crayons, and the shell tops and fins suit fine markers.
