This kawaii-style ice cream cone has two scoops and a happy face, with big sparkly eyes, rosy little cheeks and an open mouth. A whole strawberry with tiny seeds and a leafy green top sits on the upper scoop, and a striped rolled wafer stick is tucked in behind it. Both scoops have wavy, dripping edges and plenty of sprinkles, and the waffle cone below has a crisscross diamond pattern. No background, so kids can focus on the treat. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big top scoop and color it light pink, leaving the two eye whites bright white.
- 2Color the bottom scoop and its rim pale yellow, so it looks like vanilla ice cream under the pink.
- 3Fill the strawberry body with bright red and color its leaves and tips leaf green.
- 4Color the waffle cone golden tan, working from one diamond to the next across the whole cone.
- 5Add the wafer stick in caramel brown and pale yellow stripes, alternating bands from top to bottom.
- 6Finish with a coral pink smile. Optional: add a little shading on the lower edges of the scoops and the cone for depth.
