Duckling and Bunny Hauling an Easter Egg Wagon

Coloring guide
Teaming up on a wooden wagon, a cheerful duckling in a flower-trimmed sun hat and a smiling little bunny in a knotted neckerchief pull along three big eggs. One is covered in polka dots, one has zigzag stripes and one is decorated with small flowers. The pair follow a winding path through a grassy meadow with rolling hills, fluffy bushes, grass tufts and tulips in the corners. Wide shapes and clear outlines suit little ones who are still building pencil control, while the egg patterns give older kids something more detailed to work on. Pastel purple, pink and sky blue make the eggs stand out against a bright yellow duckling and a soft gray bunny. It's a free page that works well for a classroom project or a weekend craft. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the grass and hills first: use bright green for the distant hill, pale green for the grassy patches, and grass green for the bushes.
- 2Fill the wagon with caramel brown for the sides and bed, and tan brown for the lower edge, then color the wheels sky blue.
- 3Color the duckling body, hands and legs with light brown, and the lower body and feet with light gray. Keep the eye whites and beak shine white.
- 4Paint the hat golden yellow and keep its flowers white. Fill the bunny with light gray, its inner ears with light pink, and its neckerchief with sky blue.
- 5Optional: Color the eggs in lavender purple with white dots, pink with white flowers, and lime yellow with golden yellow zigzags, then add red and golden yellow tulips.
