Empty Throne Room Fit for a Princess

No one is sitting on the royal throne in this detailed page, but a crown rests on the cushioned seat. The tall chair back has a diamond-quilted pattern and a small crown at the top of its carved frame. Fleur-de-lis banners hang on each side of an arched window with tall fluted columns behind, and draped curtains with tasseled ropes frame the whole scene. Beside the throne you'll find two candelabras with lit candles and two flower-filled urns on pedestals. A patterned rug with a large fleur-de-lis medallion runs down the steps over a tiled floor. Deep purples and reds could go on the curtains and quilted seat, gold on the crown and carvings, and soft grays on the stone floor. This free printable is a good match for older kids who enjoy fine details. If you enjoyed this Princesses page, don't miss our The Little Mermaid and Elena of Avalor coloring pages.
