Apple-Picking Farmer Up a Ladder With Two Kids

Up on a wooden ladder, a smiling bearded farmer in a straw hat, plaid shirt and overalls reaches for a big apple on a leafy branch. A basket of apples hangs from the ladder beside him, and one apple is already falling through the air. Two happy girls with ponytails stand below holding out their aprons to catch the fruit, and two more baskets of apples sit in the grass. A little bird perches on a branch and a butterfly flutters nearby, with a red barn and silo, rolling hills, a wooden fence, puffy clouds and flowers in the background. Red apples and a red barn would look cheerful together, and a warm yellow suits the straw hat. Download and print it free for a screen-free activity at home.
