A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the sky: color the open sky areas and the cloud-free patches with sky blue, leaving the fluffy clouds white.
- 2Fill the ocean with ocean blue and deep blue in wavy strokes, leaving white highlights on the wave crests and sparkles.
- 3Color the fighter jet: use light gray for the fuselage, wings and cockpit frame, slate gray for the nose, and deep blue for the tail fins.
- 4Paint the dolphins in steel gray and light gray, keeping their eyes white, then add pale blue to the lighter bellies.
- 5Color the lighthouse with a bright red stripe, sandy tan for the rocks, and leaf green for the bushes; leave the sailboat sails and hull white, adding coral red stripes on the sails and teal on the distant hills.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker shading under the jet and dolphins with a second shade of gray to make them look more three-dimensional.
