A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Fill the cupcake liner and all its vertical pleats with bubblegum pink, leaving the thin outlines clean.
- 2Color the frosting swirls on top of the cupcake with baby pink, and fill the thin band just below them with caramel brown.
- 3Color the big top flower's petals with lavender purple, then fill the small flowers around the cupcake with baby pink and bubblegum pink.
- 4Paint the plate with pale blue and add sky blue along its outer rim, then color the leaves with leaf green.
