This full bouquet sits in a round vase with a band of small flowers around the middle. Three tulips with smooth, closed petals rise at the back and sides, two big sunflowers with crosshatched centers fill the middle, and a daisy with a round center and rounded petals sits on the left. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the vase: color the upper and lower body sky blue, and the wide middle band golden yellow.
- 2Color the thin rim near the top of the vase and the foot at the bottom sky blue, and the band just below the rim lavender.
- 3Fill the large heart and its folded side flap with bright red, then color the star in the heart golden yellow.
- 4Color the big leaves and the small leaves at the base of the flowers bright green, and the thin flower stems dark green where they are darker.
- 5Color the tulips: the two on the left and the petals on the far left soft pink, the top tulip bright red, and the right tulip violet purple. Color the vase flowers soft pink with white centers.
- 6Color the sunflower petals golden yellow and fill the middle of the top sunflower warm brown, leaving the grid lines white. Keep the daisy petals white and give the daisy center a golden yellow dot. Optional: add a slightly darker edge on the petals for depth.
