Little Warrior Cats Kitten Stalking a Bird in the Tall Grass

A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.

• tabby orange
• forest green
• bright green
• lime green
• sky blue
• pale cream
• soft pink
• chocolate brown

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.

1. 1Start by filling the cat's head, body and fluffy tail with tabby orange, working around the fur edges.
2. 2Color the inside of both ears and the cheeks soft pink, then fill the muzzle, chin and chest fur with pale cream.
3. 3Fill the little bird's body and wing with sky blue, and color the branch it sits on chocolate brown.
4. 4Color the grass, leaves and small plants with lime green and bright green, then use forest green for the darker blades and the bush at the top right.
5. 5Leave the cat's eye whites empty so they stay bright, and fill only the pupils with a dark color.
6. 6Optional: add a slightly darker orange along the underside of the cat's body and a little extra blue on the bird's wing to add depth.
