Fluttershy on Her Hind Legs, My Little Pony Printable
Coloring guide
Fluttershy is up on her back hooves with her front legs tucked close, looking upward with a gentle smile and big shiny eyes. Her long wavy mane drapes down one side, with a small flower tied into the braided strands, and her tail curls at the tip. One wing is spread out behind her, and her cutie mark of three butterflies sits on her flank with a few little flowers drawn right beside it. She stands alone on plain white paper with no background, which keeps things simple for younger kids. Soft butter yellow for the coat and pale pink for the mane and tail work well, and bright colors on the tiny flowers and butterflies will help them pop. Her name is printed in bold letters across the top, and the Crystal Empire logo sits in the corner. Kids who like My Little Pony coloring pages usually enjoy Rainbow Rangers and Lego Friends too.
A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.
- butter yellow
- bubblegum pink
- blush pink
- pale cream
- pale aqua
- sky blue
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Fill the pony's body, both raised front legs, the back legs, and the wings with butter yellow, leaving the eye areas for later.
- 2Color the flowing mane, the curly strands over the shoulder, and the long tail with bubblegum pink, including the ribbon-tipped tail end.
- 3Add blush pink to the small flower bows along the mane and shoulder, keeping the flower centers white.
- 4Color the irises with sky blue and add a touch of pale aqua near them, leaving the large eye whites and bright shine spots white.
- 5Color the small badge in the top right corner with pale cream and bubblegum pink, and keep the page background and title letters white.
- 6Optional: add a few soft darker strokes of bubblegum pink along the underside of the mane and tail to give depth.
