Baby Owl Swooping Past a Big Moon and Stars

Coloring guide
This wide-eyed baby owl glides through the night with both wings stretched out and its little talons tucked under its body. A big round moon sits behind it, and four small stars are scattered near the corners. The owl has two tufted ears, a tiny beak, large shiny eyes and scalloped feather marks over its chest. Long layered feathers fan out along each wing and the tail, so there's plenty to color. Thick, clean outlines make it easy for preschoolers and early elementary kids with crayons or chunky markers. Soft browns and tan work for the wings, warm cream for the belly, and pale yellow for the moon so the owl pops against it. It's a free printable PDF, handy for classroom time or a rainy day.
