Superhero Cape and Mask Girl Power Page

A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.

• light sky blue
• royal blue
• chestnut brown
• bright red
• peach skin
• golden yellow
• coral pink

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.

1. 1Start with the big sky areas: color the sun's disk and the three clouds in light sky blue, leaving the sun's rays uncolored for now.
2. 2Fill the superhero's cape, the collar behind the neck, and the red boots with bright red, adding the cape edges that wrap around the arm.
3. 3Color the girl's suit, skirt, and mask in royal blue, leaving the eye whites and the bits of the eyes white so they stand out.
4. 4Use chestnut brown for the ponytail and the hair on top of the head, then add golden yellow to the hair tie, the sleeve cuff, the belt, and the chest emblem.
5. 5Fill the face, hands, ears, forehead, and neck with peach skin, then color the open mouth's tongue in coral pink.
6. 6Optional: Add a little darker shade of the same colors along the edges of the cape and skirt to give them a bit of depth.
