Forest Animals Gather for a Happy Birthday at the Stump Cake

In the woods, a rabbit, a fox, a squirrel and a hedgehog have come together around a tree stump for a birthday party. The stump holds a decorated cake with a flower pattern and five lit candles, and every animal has on a polka-dot party hat. The squirrel holds an acorn and the hedgehog has a small wrapped gift with a bow, while the rabbit and fox lean toward the cake with big smiles. A bunting banner with hearts and dots hangs between two tree trunks behind them, and a cluster of balloons with hearts, stripes and dots floats on each side. Pine trees, bushes, flowers, mushrooms and a log fill out the setting. Bright pinks and purples work for the balloons and bunting, and warm orange suits the fox and squirrel tails. This free printable has lots of small patterns for kids to color. If you enjoyed this Happy Birthday page, don't miss our Spring and Back to School coloring pages.
