Ghast with Slanted Eyes and Dangling Tentacles from Minecraft

A big cube-shaped head floats at the top of the page, drawn in a three-dimensional view so you can see the left side and the front face. This is the Ghast from Minecraft. The front face has two thick, dark-outlined slanted eyes and a wide rectangular mouth below them. Small thin-outlined rectangles are scattered across both sides of the cube to suggest a pixel texture. Nine long, blocky tentacles hang down from the bottom, some longer and some shorter, with angled flat tips. The lines are clean and the shapes are large, so younger kids can manage them with chunky crayons. Try coloring the head in soft white or light gray and shading the small rectangles in slightly different tones to make the texture pop. The printable also works well for talking about 3D shapes, since the cube head is easy to point out.
