Giant Halo Warrior Battle Scene

Looming across the top of this busy battle scene is a huge armored warrior that looks alien. Its helmet has a narrow slit eye and a jagged, grin-like pattern, and tall spikes stick up from its head and back. One big hand is raised with fingers spread, close to a round spotted object. A massive slab-shaped shield or weapon covered in rectangular panels and starburst scorch marks stretches across the middle. Down in front, a smaller armored figure with a dotted helmet and pointed shoulder plates grips a handle at the lower left, and broken rocks and cracked ground fill the bottom corners. Lots of big angular shapes make this free printable a good match for kids who like armor detail. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big blue areas: fill the long middle panel and the lower body with cobalt blue, leaving the small white bolt-like dents and the white highlights untouched.
- 2Color the large yellow edges with golden yellow: the top horns, the wing edges, the long outline around the middle panel, and the foot and claw tips.
- 3Fill the red parts with bright red: the glowing eye rim and eye, the chest plate, the shoulder pieces and the visor on the head.
- 4Add the gray and dark tones: use medium gray for the central chest band and the lower leg, and dark slate gray for the crest and the dark fin near the bottom right.
- 5Finish with the lighter blue and royal blue details on the helmet, visor, shoulder and claws, and keep the eye whites, teeth and background white. Optional: add light shading along the edges of the blue armor for depth.
