Giant Basketball With Thick Bold Seams

A single basketball fills the page, drawn as a large circle with a thick black outline and four curved seam lines running across the inside. One long line sweeps down from the top, another wavy line crosses the upper middle from the left edge, and a third curves up from the lower left toward the right side. A smaller curved line near the bottom right makes a little loop shape. The ball sits alone on a plain white background with nothing else around it, so the wide open sections are easy for small hands to fill in. Try coloring each section in a slightly different shade of orange, or pick one color and press harder in some sections for a shaded look. This free printable also works well for a quick warm-up before a sports unit or a game day party.
