Here's a big blocky robot in a bold power pose from the Rescue Bots Academy. A huge fist goes up high over its head while the other fist stays clenched at its side, and the legs are planted wide. There are Autobot symbols on the shoulders and chest. See if you can find the tall exhaust-style pipe on one shoulder, the chevron patterns running down the legs and the wheels along the lower leg. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big blue areas: color the legs and feet bright blue, and use navy blue for the shaded band where the thigh meets the hip.
- 2Fill the large red parts next: the raised arm, the chest plate, the right arm and the big fist in bright red.
- 3Color the gray parts: the raised fist top and the fist knuckles in slate gray, the shoulders and head in light gray, and the dark shadow pieces in dark gray.
- 4Use sky blue for the chest panel and the front window area, and silver gray for the small metal pieces on the head and shoulders.
- 5Add bright yellow to the zigzag stripes on the calves and the small panels, and amber gold to the foot lights and the small emblem details.
- 6Keep the white highlights, the Autobot emblem on the chest and the small foot shine white. Optional: add a little dark gray along the edges for depth.
