Giraffe, Lion and Koala Near Erupting Volcano

A tall spotted giraffe curves its long neck over a crowded scene, with a snake wrapped around its neck and sticking out its tongue. In the middle, a lion leans on a metal rail with its mouth open, while a small monkey peeks out behind it. A squirrel perches on a big tire at the lower left, and a koala at the lower right reaches one arm up. On the right, a tusked animal tumbles upside down near a fence. In the background a volcano erupts, with little rocks flying out of the top. Try coloring the volcano in warm reds and oranges and the giraffe in yellows and browns, then ask kids which animals they think live in the same habitat. This free printable has lots of big shapes, so it works well for crayons or markers.
