Tall Giraffe Basketball Slam Dunk Page
Coloring guide
With a headband on and one long front leg stretched up, this smiling giraffe pushes a basketball toward the hoop, and that tall neck makes the reach look easy. The hoop has a criss-cross net, a backboard and a tall pole on the right. Behind the giraffe are two round leafy trees, a row of low bushes, a few grass tufts and a bright sun with rays in the top left corner, with court lines below. Big patches on the neck and body, a tufted tail and little horns give you plenty to color. Yellow and orange patches, an orange ball and a sky-blue headband look great together. This free printable is a nice fit for kids who love sports and animals, and crayons or markers work well on the large areas. - 2Fill the giraffe's spots with medium brown, and use dark brown for the tail tip and hooves.
- 3Color the basketball with coral orange and the hoop rim with bright red, keeping the net white.
- 4Paint the sun and the giraffe's ears and horns with golden yellow, soft yellow and medium brown, and leave the sky background white.
- 5Use light green for the tree tops and grass strips, grass green for the bushes, and ocean blue for the basketball court and the hoop pole.
- 6Optional: add a light gray touch to the hoop bracket and backboard edges, and keep the court lines white for a crisp finish.
