Jungle Explorer Girl Power with Binoculars and Parrot
Coloring guide
In the middle of a leafy jungle, a smiling girl in a pith helmet peers through her binoculars. She wears a button-up shirt with rolled sleeves, a belt, cargo pants with pockets, and a backpack with straps. A friendly parrot with a curved beak perches on a branch at the upper left, and a butterfly flutters near the top right, trailing a dotted line. Behind her you'll see a waterfall, a winding stream, bushy trees, and hanging vines. Big monstera leaves and a hibiscus-style flower fill the corners, so there are large and small spaces for different skill levels. Red, blue, and yellow suit the parrot, soft greens work across the leaves, and khaki tones fit her outfit. It's a free printable PDF for a fun afternoon. - 2Paint the safari hat top and front with tan, then add the hat band and backpack in chocolate brown.
- 3Fill the cargo pants and their pockets with olive green, and color the belt strip in the same shade.
- 4Color the jungle plants with forest green and bright green, then fill the waterfall with pale aqua and the river with sky blue.
- 5Add the parrot: royal blue on its wing and head, golden yellow on its belly, charcoal gray on its beak and coral red on its tail, then paint the hibiscus flower in coral red.
- 6Optional: add a few darker strokes of dark brown on the hair and backpack straps for depth, and keep the sky and background leaves white.
