Painting a Flower Mural on a Brick Wall, For Teens

Standing on a wooden step stool with her brush raised, a smiling girl with her hair in a bun paints a big mural across a brick wall. Her apron has paintbrushes in the pocket, and she's wearing rolled-up jeans, a short-sleeved shirt and high-top sneakers. The mural itself has a large daisy-like bloom, coneflowers, tulips, leafy stems, two little birds and a sunburst with bold rays. Down on the paving sit paint cans, a palette dish, a brush jar and one loose brush. Off to the left you'll spot a window, a wooden fence, a leafy tree and a flowering bush. Big open petals mixed with small detailed leaves suit teens and older kids who enjoy patient coloring. Bright yellow and orange would work for the sun, with soft pinks and purples on the flowers. It's a free printable that works for a classroom project or a weekend craft. Browse more For Teens coloring pages, or explore Police Officer and Hearts for even more fun.
